How ordering works
Fixed standard plans can be ordered and paid online. Custom work is quoted first. All services are provisioned manually after payment.

Two ways to order
Standard online orders. The five listed VPS plans and available Ryzen 9 7950X, Ryzen 9 5950X and EPYC 7402 standard builds can be ordered and paid online without staff approval when no quoted add-ons are selected. Create an account or sign in, review the selected resources and first-month total, accept these terms and create your order. The order system checks availability and opens the order in your billing account. Verify your account email before paying the invoice. Eligible standard orders do not need staff approval before payment.
Custom quote requests. Custom builds, reference configurations, cloud services and selections with backup, management, protection or migration add-ons create a quote request. No payment is collected at that stage. We confirm the complete specification, scope, total price and delivery estimate in a quote before you pay.
Your customer account
Registration is required to place an order. Use an email address you control, keep your password private, and verify your email before making payment or accessing delivered service credentials. You can view saved orders before verification. Your account contains your orders, invoices, payment and provisioning status, and service access details once our team publishes them.
You can update your name and password in account settings and request a password reset from the sign-in page. Keep account access secure and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use. Email verification confirms control of the account address; it does not guarantee a service is activated.
Included resources and the amount you pay
The CPU or vCPU, RAM and physical storage listed for a standard plan are included. Component brands may vary, but the listed CPU model where specified, memory capacity and physical storage do not become unpriced extras. Storage capacities are before formatting and any selected RAID layout; RAID does not replace a backup.
The displayed standard-plan amount is the total payable to VexHoster for the first service month in EUR. VexHoster does not add a setup fee or an unpriced add-on during standard checkout. Your cryptocurrency wallet or network may charge a transaction fee separately. The payment provider displays the cryptocurrency amount and payment instructions before you send funds.
Any change to the standard resources, custom work or essential requirement must be quoted before payment. Free-text project notes do not change the standard configuration or add services at no cost. If the current payment total differs from a previously displayed amount, review the current invoice before paying or contact us.
Availability, location and requirements
Dedicated availability is refreshed from the order system and checked when an order is created. A configuration may become unavailable between viewing it and submitting an order. An unpaid checkout does not guarantee an indefinite reservation; use the current payment page and its expiry information.
Location and operating system selections are preferences, not guaranteed deployment conditions. The standard listing does not promise a particular network port speed, traffic allocation, IP quantity, service-level guarantee or optional support scope. If a specific location, operating system image, networking feature or other requirement is essential, request a custom quote before payment.
Payment, manual provisioning and your first month
- Choose a standard plan, create an account or sign in, and review the fixed first-month total.
- Create the order in your billing account. Verify your email, then open its payment invoice. No manual offer approval is required for an eligible standard order.
- Complete payment using the invoice instructions and wait for verified payment confirmation.
- Our team provisions the service manually and publishes access details in your verified billing account when it is ready.
- Your first service month begins when the server is issued or activated, not while you are waiting for manual provisioning.
Payment does not create an instantly active server and no automatic provisioning time is promised. Your billing order page distinguishes payment confirmation from preparation and activation. No recurring wallet debit is created. A renewal requires a separate payment arrangement; contact us before your service period ends to arrange continuation.
If we cannot supply a paid standard configuration, we will contact you to arrange an appropriate resolution. Contact us promptly if an order, invoice or provisioned service does not match your selection. Do not send payment-card numbers, account passwords or other credentials in the order form.
Cryptocurrency payment instructions
Standard online orders create a Plisio payment invoice automatically. Custom orders receive an invoice after their quote is agreed. The invoice states the EUR total and the provider calculates the cryptocurrency amount for the selected option. Follow the currency, network, address, amount and expiry shown on that invoice. Your wallet or network may charge a transaction fee. Never reuse an expired invoice or a payment address from another order.
The provider must confirm the payment and required network confirmations before the order enters manual provisioning. Underpayments, late payments, unexpected amounts and payments needing investigation may require review. Returning to this site does not prove payment. Contact [email protected] with your reference if there is a problem. If invoice preparation is temporarily delayed, return to the same saved order in your billing account rather than creating duplicate orders.
Use, support, changes and cancellation
Services must be used lawfully. We do not accept spam, phishing, malware distribution, unauthorised access or other abusive activity. Security work must concern systems you own or are authorised to administer. Backup, management, migration and protection apply only when expressly included in a purchased service or agreed quote.
Contact [email protected] for order questions, support, changes, cancellations or refund requests, and include your reference. We review requests against the order and payment status, provisioning progress, any agreed custom conditions and applicable rights. Do not pay an invoice if you need to change the standard order first.
Nothing on this page excludes mandatory consumer rights that apply to you. Marketing text and project notes do not create an additional support response-time or uptime commitment.
